In collaboration with C Prinz and Elena Velez, I developed and directed the film’s VFX. We imagined the collection inside a distorted industrial Midwestern landscape. The film debuted at Elena Velez’s A/W 23 runway show and was featured on SHOWstudio.

My process started with rough collage compositions built from reference images, which I fed into an early version of Midjourney to generate new material. We were interested in how it could blend the atmosphere and subject matter of several references into strange, newly invented images, then turn those images into 2.5D environments and place our talent inside them.

The collages became our working blueprints for each shot, helping plan both the live action plates and VFX build. I recomposited the images in Photoshop and prepped individual elements for 3D, then worked through each shot with INCWORKS as they built out the environments and procedural details.
